The problem
AI made video infinite.
It didn’t make any of it worth more.
Making more video stopped being the hard part. Making any of it count still is.
74%On someone else’s platform.
The fan watches, buys and leaves. You get the audience. Someone else gets the record of who they are.

Case studies
What we ran.
What it earned.
Real engagements, anonymised at the client's request. Each one shows what was measured in our instance, what it was worth, and the arithmetic behind every figure.
Frequently asked
Own your channel.
Own your audience.
Own your data.
Anything not answered here, ask us directly. We would rather have the hard conversation early than after a contract.
01What does FanEase actually do?
It reads and listens to video you already own, finds the moments a fan would care about, and builds each one into something they can act on. That might be a shoppable jersey, a player stat pulled from the commentary, a related highlight or a sponsor activation. It then publishes back into the channels you already run.
02What do we have to change to use it?
Very little. Send footage in whatever form you already have it. There is no tagging step, no new production tool and no rebuild of your workflow. Most teams give us a catalogue feed and a roster, and the engineering lift is measured in hours rather than sprints.
03Who owns the footage and the data?
You do, on both counts. You keep the copyright and nothing leaves your environment to train a model anyone else uses. Every engagement signal belongs to you, is exportable at any time, and we delete it on request. We learn to recognise objects such as a puck, a jersey or a logo. We never learn from your customers.
04Does this conflict with our existing rights and partners?
No. FanEase sits alongside your broadcast, commerce and sponsorship agreements rather than competing with them. We publish into the platforms and stores you already use, so nothing moves and no partner loses inventory. Sponsors gain a placement you can finally measure.
05What happens when it gets something wrong?
You see it before your audience does. Every moment carries a confidence score and anything below your threshold is held for review rather than published. You set that threshold, and it tightens as the model calibrates to your footage.
Start selling the moment.
